Goal: To mobilize the spine and major joints. To stretch and twist your body. To strengthen and develop a strong core which will improve your posture, golf game and help will overall well being.
Bring: Yoga matt and small hand towel. Various other equipment is used and the coordinator informs the students what to bring the day before class by email.
